funny to hear someone say it is a difficult phone to use. I tried one out in the store for 15 minutes and it seemed to me like the learning curve on it would be easy. My only concerns: 1) 1) Screen size vs reading PDF files (I want to use it like a portable reader when I travel or don't want to lug around my tablet PC);
2) No Flash in the browser? (demo model I tried was acting buggy for web pages, throwing a flash error)
3) 300 kb Ringtones (makes NO sense to me why a phone like this has to restrict me to a 300kb file size for ring tones. While on the one hand if I edit a song down to 300 kb I DO get a customized RT, the time to do so is prohibitive and I have to update the software I used to use to do this)

great phone, love my new backflip. easy to use, practical. love the slide out keyboard and touchscreen is easy to use. processor is faster than my old unlocked cell phones and the camera and recorder are great for my kids and wife. partner loves his unlocked at&t phones for the gps, wifi, and web browser. helps us keep in touch with our clients and the web browswer helps us check out stocks. we even got our samsung unlocking and blackberry unlock codes for free too! the speaker is loud enough for my meetings and the gps helps me get around on my appointments. got our last couple unlocked 3g phones at unlockthatphone.com 2 thumbs up
