- Open Registry Editor with click Start > Run and type "regedit" (without the quotes) and press Enter.
- In Registry window, open the key "HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\Policies\Explorer\".
- On the right side of the window, find the value named "NoFolderOptions". This Value that causes the Folder Options menu not appearing in Windows Explorer and in Control Panel.
- Change the value with 0 (zero) or delete this value.
- Close the Registry Editor window and restart your computer.
